Often our responses and strong feelings or reactions are simply our needs not being met. We do the best we can with the tools we have, and forgiving your former self for tools you didn't have. There are always solutions for problems that we encounter, even the problems that we have been stuck with for quite some time. Though, there is no quick fix or one-size approach either. Therapy is a collaborative healing process to improve functioning in several areas of our life. I will guide you through these challenges and provide you with the tools along the way.
