I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and grounded in trust. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe being honest, imperfect, and fully themselves without fear of judgment. I value clear communication, emotional attunement, and meeting clients where they are rather than rushing the process. My goal is to support you in building insight, confidence, and tools that feel realistic and sustainable for your life.
I earned a Master of Arts degree in Psychology with a dual emphasis in Marriage & Family Therapy and Professional Clinical Counseling at Brandman University. After having graduated I was employed at a non-profit agency working with children and families in the child welfare system. Many of my clients were victims of abuse and neglect. I worked closely with children, parents, and caregivers focusing on strengthening the family system and addressing early childhood trauma. Before having earned my Master’s degree, I worked in Applied Behavioral Analysis with children on the Autism Spectrum. I also have experience working with the severely mentally ill, as well as the elderly.
Accepting new clients! I have 11 years of experience empowering women to feel confident, capable, and connected. I specialize in freeing women from anxiety, depression, trauma, loss, unhealthy relationships, family of origin issues, and difficult life transitions. My approach creates a safe environment to manage fears, negative self-talk, and societal pressures. While exploring your past and present experiences we will learn how they interfere with who you want to be. I will help you shed old beliefs and patterns, discover your own desires and needs, and live the life you want to be living.
